Support
Find guides and prepare useful GitHub reports without sharing sensitive data.
Start with documentation
All products remain In development. Begin with public documentation, especially troubleshooting, configuration, and upgrades. Check release notes and downloads for actual approved availability.
Questions, requests, and votes
Use GitHub Discussions for questions and ideas, GitHub Issues for reproducible bugs, and GitHub reactions for voting on existing proposals. Provider requests should include public documentation and permitted uses. The directory below shows which public channels are available. Search existing conversations first.
Prepare a bug report
Include the product, version or build if known, operating system, reproduction steps, expected behavior, and actual behavior. Share only a minimal sanitized log or screenshot needed to explain the issue. Remove passwords, API keys, access tokens, cookies, session material, personal reading data, and private provider payloads.
Suspected vulnerabilities belong in private security reporting, never a public issue. Follow the code of conduct during support conversations.
Availability and expectations
Support is community-based and has no response-time or resolution guarantee. No public support email or community chat destination is currently published. The website has no contact, upload, newsletter, or report form.
The Free Always pledge applies. Voluntary donations do not unlock features, priority, influence, promotion, recognition, or preferential treatment. Sponsorships and paid promotional arrangements are not accepted.
